Paradise Bakery Albuquerque

Paradise Bakery has opened in Albuquerque! If you’re looking for a delicious sandwich for lunch on fabulous fresh baked bread then this is the place! Paradise bakery is located in NE Albuquerque at Coronado shopping mall. It’s on the west side of the building south of Borders and Fudruckers, next to Kohls.Although I’ve never been to a Paradise Bakery in Phoenix, I’m told they are smaller, almost coffee-shop size places. The new Paradise Bakery in Albuquerque is larger and feels more like a restaurant.
There’s outdoor seating, and the glass along the front wall of the restaurant is moveable and can be almost completely opened for a seamless indoor/outdoor experience. The day I was there the wall was open and the weather was perfect. It was a real treat to eat in a fresh air environment without too much sun or heat. (Eat your heart out Phoenicians!)
