William R. Minton and Sons Jeff and Roger have been in the home building business since 1976 and are very dedicated to the business of constructing custom built homes. In 2007 Roger, beloved son and brother, went home to be with the Lord and will always be a part of Minton and Sons through the spirit of his life and work.The use of good quality material and fine workmanship have always been number one. We'll also build on private lots located outside our developments.
